Noida killings: How safe are we?
When Noida killings were first reported, my initial reaction was that of horror. As amother I could imagine the grief of the affected parents. Could Not imagine how anyone could be so barbaric. But then I think the 2 persons being discussed here are mentally sick.
This sets me thinking how do we protect our children. Who all come under the scanner of our suspicions: Neighbours, relatives, family members, local grocer, chowkidar. In short ALL.
How do we tell them that they are not to trust anyone? How do we tell them that next time anyone tries to smile at them, offers them a sweet , they should raise alarm.
I read about this on merinews an article contributed by Venkatesan R. Iyengar.(http://www.merinews.com/catFull.jsp?articleID=124019&catID=2&category=India&rtFlg=rtFlg)
