How to beat the blues
Most of us suffer from Monday blues for the first half of the day, including me. As the sunday night approaches, I cannot but help wishing if the day was a little longer I could do a bit more, no no no a lot more! Well we all will have 24 hours always and will always try to pack in as much as possible. So the fight is eternal. I have started a few steps to beat the blues, thought would share them with you: - Plan your monday dress in the evening before (Believe me it helps, I for one tend to spend alot of time in front of my cupboard trying to select a dress).
- Make sure the dress selected is the one you look best in(What better way to start the week )
- Give that rushed breakfast a bit more time(Remember, breakfast is the most important meal of the day)
- Leave home early(For some reason I have noticed that there is more traffic on a monday morning)
